Scale on a Deadline
A narrative Short Film campaign around their brand new AR glasses. We developed the concept, wrote and storyboarded the story, then built, shot and edited it start to finish.
Our aim was to build a world that felt entirely real, not one stitched together after the fact. Despite a two-day shoot and a tight budget, the spaceship, suit and set held up to scrutiny, and every deliverable, from the full narrative short to the BTS content, was shot and locked without pushing the deadline.
Art Direction
Our in-house Art Director, Sally-Ann Dunn, worked without limits to bring this world to life in ways you wouldn't believe. That ranges from a handmade card from an astronaut's child, crafted with concerningly little effort, right through to the finishing touches on his full astronaut suit. Every detail on set, from control panel decals to spaceship signage, was designed and printed in-house.
The '75' on his backpack may seem like a small detail, but it actually refers to the screen size the Rokid MAX can achieve - 75"

Locations
We knew this needed to look extraordinary, and impossible has never really been a problem for us. Producers Kajo and Bart scoured the internet and turned up a full-scale flight simulator that, with a little tinkering, looked exactly like a working spaceship, a 1:1 replica of the suit worn on the 1969 Apollo 11 mission, and the recording studio of up-and-coming Polish DJ Tribbs, which somehow gives off full spaceship-interior vibes. When it comes to narrative storytelling, we don't cut corners.
